Tennis Mixer

Questions

When is the latest that I can sign up?

We must receive your payment by July 13th. Extended - postmarked by Monday, July 16th! Unfortunately, there are no late or at-the-door sign-ups!

How do I know if you received my payment?

(Optional) If you include your email address or phone number when you sign up, we'll send an email or call you to confirm.

What is the bar situation?

Those signing up for the open bar will have open bar from 6:00pm-8:00pm. After that, and for those signing up for dinner only, there is a cash bar.

When does the event end?

Clark House has told us that we can stay as late as we want.

Is there music?

We have a DJ. Send us your favorite 70's tunes and we'll pass it on.

Is the reunion inside or outside?

We are outside, under the tent.

What is the floor surface?

The floor is an outside patio floor. We are told that it is sufficient for dancing, for those who wish to do so.

What type of dinner?

Do to the popularity of food stations at the 2002 reunion, we will do it again at our 2007 reunion. We anticipate the food stations to include roast beef, turkey, pasta, garden market, cheese and vegetables, coffee and tea, and a dessert.

Do we have a preferred accomodation site?

See below. If you can offer a room to an out-of-town alumnus, let us know.
